Experienced in community development and health project management. Project Management which includes project design (Special Papua Program – under KDP Project/World Bank), funding scheme, project audit (financial and program),  project administration, as well as office management (manuals for community facilitators).

Currently, involving in the national working group in the preparation of Profession Certification Institution for Community Facilitators, which involves several key stakeholders, such as BAPPENAS, MOHA, Ministry of General Works, Universities, NGOs.

AsFinancial Management Specialist at the National Management Consultant for Kecamatan Development Program, my main responsibilities were providing technical assistance in the area of project financial management and general project management.

The financial management activities, included the block grant cash flows, budgeting, developed SOPs for disbursements, developed SOPs for operational costs/ TA part, reviewed the budget submitted by provincial offices, and audit (financial and programmatic activities).

The general project management activities included, developed project SOPs in relation to field facilitators HR matters and ensured compliance with the lender (World Bank) and GoI's regulations. Managed pilot project (Dutch Grant) for Special Papua and Education. Involved in small team preparing Phase 3 Program Design especially in terms of financial management and facilitators HR manual and TORs. Maintainend coordination and liased with PIU in terms of project managements issues.
